1. The Best Western Golden Sails Hotel, on East Pacific Coast Highway, in Long Beach, Ca, has again excelled in Rapport Relations with United States Air Force members located at Los Angeles AFB, CA.

2. Your Sales Manager, Ms. Sonya Bergren, along with her able staff of, Executive Secretary, Dining Receptionist, and other Service Personnel, are all to be commended for their support to the Department of Defense Security Institute (DODSI) Information Security Orientation Course (ISOC), presented at your site from 16-19 September 1996.

3. We recognize the agonizing pain that was thrust upon some of your employees with our last minute changes to our program, however, the "Can Do" cheerful attitude displayed by your personnel is above reproach.
