I want to take this opportunity to extend a greatly appreciated thank you to the staff at the Best Western Golden Sails Hotel for the service and care you provided the 146^th Airlift Control Flight during our visit there on July 31 to 5 August.

I wish to single out Carmen Burgos for making the arrangements.  She exemplified proficiency and gracious customer service demeanor at all times.  There was not one single problem with our reservations or rooms, despite that we made many last minute changes and demands upon her.

I also wish to extend special thanks to the restaurant staff for making possible for us to be served breakfast at such an early time on Sunday, 5 August.  You made it possible for all of us to have a hot breakfast at a time that you are not normally open.

We will look forward to staying with you again in the future as we will have the occasion to be back in your area.
