I. I'm pleased to extend my sincere thanks to you and your staff for a superior performance on the daily operations at the Golden Sails Hotel I was TDY to Long Beach for the period of 6 August through 1 September 1995 at which time I elected to stay at the Golden Sails Hotel Being away from home for a month can be challenging but the professionalism and courtesy of your staff made the stay a very productive and enjoyable one. Performing above and beyond the call of duty was the norm rather that the exception for all of your staff.

2. I will like to congratulate your management, front desk, security, maintenance, house keeping, restaurant and lounge, banquet, and custodial staff for a job well done. Commend them for being dedicated professionals and for portraying the right Best Western image to outside guests.
