Subject: LETTER OF APPRECIATION

1. The Navy's Process Action Team (PAT) 6 For Ammunition Renovation and Segregation held it's quarterly meeting at your Long Beach facility during the period 10?3 January, 1994. This meeting was attended by 15 team members, both government and contractor employees all of whom travel often in the performance of their duties.

2. The entire staff of the Golden Sails provided PAT 6 the absolute highest quality service possible during our visit. This was our second meeting at your hotel, mainly because of the great service we received the first time! From the minute we reached the front desk, we were treated superbly. The front desk personnel, the bar staffs and especially the restaurant and conference support staffs under Suzie were all outstanding.

3. The Sales Manager, Sonya Bergren, did everything she could to make our stay and the meeting go as well as possible. Sonya was there to greet us the first evening, to see that the meeting got off to a good start with everything we needed, and she was there to answer all of our other questions. She even assisted us in lining up our hotel rooms for our next stop on the trip.

4. We all know that quality services should be expected at the larger hotels, but it's not always received. The extra care and concern given the entire PAT 6 team by your staff was obviously far and above what is normally expected. Each and every employee should be aware of how much we appreciated their kindness and expert service. I wish we had gotten all their names to personally thank each one, but there were no exceptions to the stellar performance. Whatever they are paid, it's not enough! Recommend you keep them all on your staff as long as possible for they are truly the best asset you have! We will be sure to continue to recommend your facility for other government related meetings to be held in your area. Thanks again to the entire staff for a job done extremely well! We'll be back
